The Customer Speaks

“The customers’ views and opinions” which have always carried a significant importance in YKM’s retail concept has been evaluated in a more effective, analytical and customer oriented manner ever more.

With the “Customer Speaks” project, customers with different shopping habits, segmented into various demographic groups representing the whole of YKM customers get together in groups and tell their opinions about YKM.

Carried out in a relaxed environment in a conversational manner, these meetings take place in all YKM stores twice a year with different groups. Positive and negative feedbacks made by our customers on the products and services provided by YKM have been very constructive. An intuitive relationship with customers that does not only stay with the shopping process but continues as information based relationship constitutes a value added approach for YKM.

The information received leads to faster improvements in products and services and better more creates a customer value on behalf of YKM.

Having customers that orient and audit us, each suggestion and assessment made helps YKM improve itself more and become a company that serves better than before.
