YKM Call Center serves 7 days a week from 09:00 to 22:00.

From Istanbul customers can call 444 0 956 without the area code and outside Istanbul the number has to be preceded by 0212.

TURKCELL GSM subscribers can directly dial 444 0 956 without the area code. Other GSM users need to dial 0212 before the number.
